Result / Std. 12 Commerce 76.29% result declared, highest Patan District 86.67%, while Junagadh lowest 58.26% result

Ahmedabad. In the state std. The result of 12 general streams is 76.29 per cent declared. 3.71 lakh students appeared for the exam, out of which 2.83 lakh students passed. The highest result was 86.67 per cent in Patan district while the lowest result was 58.26 per cent in Junagadh. Surat city has the highest number of students with A1 grade. 186 students in Surat while 108 students in Rajkot got A1 grade. In Ahmedabad, only 40 students have passed in A1 grade.









3 percent more results than last year





Std. 10 and STD. 12 Science decreased but the result of Std. 12 Commerce has increased by 3%. While this year the students have won in Std-12 general stream. 82.20 per cent female students and 70.97 per cent male students have passed the examination. The result is 3 percent more than last year. In 2019, the result was 73.27% while this year 76.29% result has been declared. On the other hand, in all the three results, only the students from Surat have been on top in the entire state.









An estimated 5 lakh students took the exam

Following the recent announcement of the results of Std. 10 and Std. 12 Science, the result of Std. 12 General Stream has been declared today. This result has been published on the website of Gujarat Board http://www.gseb.org. 5.27 lakh students were registered for the March 2020 examination. Out of which about 5 lakh students appeared for the exam. Students will be able to view the results online on the Board's website. The board has announced the result online at 8 am. Regular 3.74 lakh students were registered, while 79 thousand students were registered as repeaters. The highest number of 52 thousand students were registered from Surat district for the March-2020 examination. While 36 thousand students from Ahmedabad city and 25 thousand students from rural areas were registered for the examination. The results have been announced late this year due to the Corona epidemic.
