Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced the online result of the board examination of Std. The eagerness of 10.83 lakh students of the state who sat for the board exams in the wake of the Corona epidemic has come to an end. For the first time, the results of 10.83 lakh students of the state who sat for the board exams have been announced online.

Among the corona, 60.64 per cent result of standard 10 has been announced on the board's website. In 2019, the result of Std. 10 was declared as 66.97 per cent, in this regard, the result has been declared about 5 per cent less than last year. Surat district has the highest result of 94.66 per cent, while Dahod district has the lowest result of 47.47 per cent. The lowest result was 14.9 per cent in Dahod's Ruwabari center, while the highest result was 94.78 per cent in Sapareda center in Banaskantha. The current year includes 291 schools with 100 per cent results, while 174 schools have got 0 per cent results.

The result of 1839 schools in the state is less than 30 percent. 57.54 per cent result in Gujarati and 86.75 per cent in English medium has been declared. While the result of Hindi medium is 63.94 percent. If we talk about Ahmedabad in the result of standard 10, it is 65.51 percent, while the result of Rajkot is 64.08 percent. Vadodara has got 60.19 per cent result.

Std-10 students can view the results online on the Education Department's website from 6 am onwards. Out of 8.40 lakh students, 2.25 lakh repeater students appeared for the exam. 125 prison inmates took the exam.

Later, marksheets will be distributed to students around June 15, board sources said. Packets of marksheets will be prepared by the board on taluka basis. So that the marksheet will be distributed taluka wise by the DEO. The Std. 10 board examination was conducted in March in a total of 81 zones of the state. Arrangements were made for the board's examination in a total of 934 centers in 3,600 buildings and 42 thousand blocks.

According to the lockdown, this time the assessment operation was postponed once and then resumed a little late. Although currently the first online result has been declared by the board, a marksheet will be given later. Students who are not satisfied with the result will also start filling up the form for verification of marks after five days which will be announced by the board.
